- Only unopened and unused products in their original, sealed packaging are eligible for return.
- For safety reasons, opened or partially used supplement containers cannot be returned.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a full refund, including shipping costs. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos for verification.
4. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or partially used supplements
- Sale items, gift cards, or promotional items
5. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (defective/damaged/incorrect item).
